在开通Stripe英国区帐号的时候，提款需要英国的银行账号

国内获得英国银行账号的两个途径：Payoneer 和 TransferWise

但是在注册账户时遇到了错误：Please enter a bank sort code that supports transfers to and from your account

Stripe的官方文档说对于英国账户的提款，需要银行账户支持Debit，Debit在国内叫借记卡，意思就是支持存款。

我们通过SortCodes网站查询两个帐号Sort Code & Account Number Validation排序代码和帐号验证发现：Direct Debits均不支持

此外，TransferWise网站还提供了不支持提款的网关 <Incompatible Accounts and Currencies>
